The third floor contains the resident lounge-affectionately known as "The Perch", sleep rooms, study carrels, a dedicated resident gym, and the GME/Medical Education office.
The second floor houses the library, a reading room, community room and computer lab for resident use. The community room is used by many groups within the hospital.
The hospital auditorium is housed in the Rieck Center, and can be accessed from the first and second floors.
The Ohio University Core office is on the first floor, along with two classrooms and a state-of-the-art OMT lab.
