Audition / Sub-Internship Rotations
Training the physicians of tomorrow is a Kettering Health Dayton tradition that began more than 80 years ago. We offer a wide variety of audition rotations that attract students across the nation.
Applications will be accepted for 2024 rotations beginning
February 1, 2024. Please note that a meal stipend and housing are not provided. For more information on housing opportunities,

Audition rotations
An audition rotation is a two-to-four-week residency program interview where you're "auditioning" for a residency position at a hospital or health care center. Although not required, audition rotations give you an opportunity to impress potential residency directors and stand out among the other candidates applying for residency slots. It's also a time to learn more about a program you're considering for your residency.
