Medical Student Rotations

Junior Clerkship Rotations

All MS3 clerkship rotations are filled with students from our affiliate medical schools: Loma Linda University, Ohio University, and Wright State University.

All MS3 rotations must be set-up through the medical student clerkship coordinator at the student's medical school. (LLU, OU, WSU)

Senior Electives

Applicants must be from AOA/COCA or LCME approved schools.

Electives last for 4 weeks/one month. To reduce the expense of visiting Kettering Health and the Dayton area, we provide students with a meal plan at the medical center while on rotation.

Loma Linda University Benefits

The following benefits are offered to LLU students doing individual clerkship and/or elective rotations which are not part of the LLU-Kettering Health Regional Campus.

Free Housing Efficiency apartments are provided at no cost to you, conveniently located close to Kettering Health-Main Campus in a clean, safe neighborhood.
Local Transportation A car will be provided upon proof of valid driver's license and car insurance.
Meal Stipend A stipend for meals provided while on duty.
Travel Stipend 3rd year medical students should speak to LLU clerkship coordinator about the stipend.
4th year medical student stipend provided by Kettering Health.
