Kettering Health Main Campus is the perfect place for a PGY1 pharmacy residency! The residency program prioritizes developing well-rounded pharmacists with a group of experienced preceptors that truly care about my growth, individuality, and well-being. They truly care about helping me find a healthy work-life balance that enables me to practice at the top of my pharmacist license while maintaining a healthy mental state. I am amazed with how much I have learned as a new practitioner and grown as an individual.

I highly recommend Kettering Health Main Campus for a PGY1! Being a 478-bed, level II trauma center with two ICU units, you get experience treating high acuity patients. A large part of what drew me to Kettering was the preceptors- they're very experienced and great at pushing you to be a skilled pharmacist but also genuinely care about your wellbeing. Being at a teaching hospital, I've also enjoyed how integrated pharmacy is while rounding with providers and medical residents. I've truly loved my PGY1 experience so far!
