Mission:
The mission of Kettering Health Dayton's Internal Medicine Residency Program is to be the leader in providing the highest quality post-doctoral training available to graduates who desire to practice within the field of ambulatory and/or inpatient internal medicine. We also strive to rigorously train internal medicine residents to develop a thorough knowledge of internal medicine and prepare them for additional training in an internal medicine subspecialty while maintaining a commitment to continued osteopathic training and instruction. It is also our primary interest to graduate highly qualified internists who will provide care to patients, as well as support improvement and development within the Kettering Health Network system.2020-2021 Academic Year - 6 (PGY1), 6 (PGY2), 6 (PGY3)
The KH/Kettering Health Dayton Internal Medicine Residency Program is a 3-year residency program which takes six residents per year into the program.
The program must serve to train and graduate physicians who will represent the profession throughout the United States as leaders in the application of skills related to healthcare delivery systems. These skills will work to enhance the quality of patients' lives and the preservation and restoration of patients' health. This program will also train graduate physicians in business management, information technology and effective communication, culture diversity, and growth of osteopathic principles and management.

Residents are also given the opportunity to present research at local, regional, state or national conferences.
- Kettering Health DaytonBesides the above locations, rotations also occur at outpatient offices throughout the Dayton area.
- Kettering Health Main Campus
- Kettering Health Washington Township
