Friends and colleagues

It is with deep appreciation that we share an important update from Kettering Health's Soin Family Medicine Residency.

After thoughtful review and strategic planning, the program has made the decision to withdraw from the NRMP Match and permanently dissolve the Transitional Year Program at the conclusion of the 2026 academic year. We are incredibly grateful to all our current residents, alumni, faculty, and supporters who have contributed to our mission and training environment over the years. It has been an honor to be part of your educational and professional journey.

To our past and present trainees: we wish you continued success and fulfillment in your careers and endeavors.

Warm regards,
The Soin Family Medicine Transitional Year Staff
