Leadership and Faculty

Dr. Schoen, DO

Program Director's Welcome

Welcome to the Grandview Family Medicine residency at Kettering Health Dayton. Our program strives to provide an innovative teaching experience that produces future leaders in Family Medicine through diverse quality rotations, didactic excellence, and hands-on patient care.

Kettering Health Dayton is one of the country's longest standing Osteopathic Training institutions and has a rich tradition for training exceptional physicians. With 11 residency programs and 1 fellowship, we have the resources to create a customized Family Medicine experience for residents.

The required core rotations of our training provide Residents with a solid academic foundation, while medicine, surgery, and general electives can be focused to provide unique educational experiences.

At Kettering Health Dayton you will learn to provide comprehensive patient care for experienced academic physicians. I recognize that family medicine is a diverse specialty that allows physicians to practice medicine with unlimited possibilities. As your director, I guarantee that you will receive the training necessary to be successful in your future career.

Thank you for your interest in our program!
