Grandview Family Medicine intends each graduating resident to feel comfortable using POCUS in their future practice. Our program utilizes Sonosim curriculum to provide residents with training in a variety of ultrasound techniques and diagnostic modalities. Along with in-person training, Sonosim allows residents remote access to ultrasound education for increased ease of training. The Cassano center houses ultrasound technology for as needed imaging during clinic as well as didactic use.

Residents also have the opportunity to participate in 2-week or 4-week elective rotations in ultrasound training.
